Admission Requirements in New Zealand's Education System
Children of New Zealand must require to attend school. Education is compulsory for all children between the ages of 6 and 16. Children are promoted to next level based on school assessment. Admission eligibility for senior school generally depends of Grade in previous class and the choice of study stream.
Admission requirements for tertiary level education may also include score in standardized test or university admission test. However, international students may require to submit score in English language proficiency as well as admission test score.
For study programs like Masters or Business Masters and Research etc many schools ask for work experience.
